For three decades, working across education, leadership, and business, trust influences the way people learn, lead, communicate, and move together under pressure. My work sits at the intersection of communication, behavioural consistency, and human connection, translating complex interpersonal dynamics into practical frameworks that organisations and individuals can apply in everyday leadership.
As a refugee of the Vietnam exodus, I bring resilience, grit, and lived perspective to my work. My career began on a trading floor, where I spent more than a decade as a Financial Advisor to high net worth (HNW) clients who have trusted me with their money, to building a legacy of academic excellence for families who have trusted me with their children.
Today, coaching across industry to executive leaders, medical doctors and teams to communicate with greater influence, integrity is what builds trust.
